On October 8, the Month 18 meeting of the European ZEOCAT-3D project was held telematically. In it, all members of the project participated actively presenting the tasks carried out to date, as well as setting out the strategies for the next months.
It is worth mentioning that the most relevant developed tasks on this stage of the project, are the production of nanoparticles and synthesis of zeolites, as well as the design and scaling of the reactor. In relation with the production of the catalyst, the first 3D-printed zeolites are being made. In parallel, the computational simulations continue, in order to keep updated the results concerning to the catalytic process and all factors that take part on it.
In the following months, TECNAN will focus on the production of complex catalytic nano-oxides on a larger scale, using the FSP technique (Flame Spray Pyrolysis), for the later studies of the physico-chemical and catalytic properties of the products.
