Last October, the meeting corresponding to month 30 of the INNOVIP project took place in Warsaw, specifically in the offices of MOSTOSTAL WARSZAWA SA, where in addition to visiting on-site the facilities of the first demonstration of the project, the last details were addressed. In this way, and keeping in mind the completion date established in April 2020, several actions have been jointly agreed, highlighting those related to the final demonstration task. These include the assembly of all the components of the panels necessary for the demonstration, the application of the selected nano-coatings and, finally, the installation of the panels assembled and applied at the study place. Specifically, a location in Portugal has been selected, and once the new VIP panels are ready, they will be monitored taking into account different properties and factors, in order to evaluate the improvements developed throughout the project.
Specifically, in the remaining six months of the project, TECNAN will focus on producing at pilot scale the nano-formulations selected for the final demonstration, as well as generating the necessary protocols for the correct application of the nano-coatings in the new VIP panels.
