TECNADIS PRS PERFORMANCE EC PLUS (Especial Color), hydrophobic and oleophobic tone enhancer plus, based on nanoparticles for porous building materials. This protector can be used on all types of vertical surfaces (façades) and horizontal surfaces (floors), with special application on concrete, natural stones, bricks, monolayer mortars, prefabricated, clay/terrazzo, as well as mixed surfaces in which different materials and porosities are found, both in rehabilitation and new construction.
This product has the same features as TECNADIS PRS PERFORMANCE EC, but it enhances even more the tone of the substrates without adding shine.

- Hydrophobic and oleophobic protector, tone enhancer, based on nanoparticles for porous building materials, It was designed to protect both vertical surfaces (facades) and horizontal surfaces (floors) in areas with high rainfall or surfaces highly exposed to water, with the aim of delaying the appearance of any external agent produced by humidity (algae, moss, mould, etc.).
- Excellent solution for rehabilitation and new construction, with special application on concrete, natural stones, bricks, mortars, monolayers, prefabricated, clay/terrazzo and mixed surfaces.
- It does not form film, does not seal, the microporosity of the substrate remains unchangedallowing the breathability of the substrate.
- Certified durability over 10 years , against rain on vertical surfaces or surfaces not subjected to continuous abrasion.
- No chemical degradation over time due to its inorganic composition. No yellowing. No polymerisation reactions, catalysis, etc.
- Totally resistant to UV radiation.
- It intensifies/enhances the tone of the material (without adding shine). It does not alter the colour or structure of the treated substrate; it simply enhances it (wet effect). A PLUS version is available, which increases even more the tone. Specially suitable for natural stone.
- Re-applicable, with no need to remove previous product remains. Easy handling and application.
- Thanks to its high water repellency surfaces keep cleaner for longer.
How to use
- Surface preparation: Before application, surface must be completely clean and dry. Avoid the presence of fissures or cracks in the substrate.
- Application: Shake the container vigorously. Apply the product with a hand-held sprayer or a standard airless sprayer (low pressure), brush or roller. It is recommended to carry out two cross applications, and the second one can be applied on the substrate still wet.
- Drying time: Optimum effect is achieved after a complete drying time of 24 hours (against water) and 48 hours (against stains).
