TECNADIS MULTICOAT CLASSIC is a colourless, non-stick ceramic nano protector, which provides gloss and hardness, as well as facilitating the cleaning of materials. It was designed to be applied on metallic, porcelain, plastic or painted surfaces.
It is based on a dispersion of ceramic nanoparticles that creates a colourless non-stick protective layer, providing gloss and hardness to the treated surface. It also prevents premature deterioration caused by external agents such as water, ice, humidity, rust, saltpetre, corrosion, UV radiation, as well as that caused by dirt (stains, oils, grease, paint, scratches, limescale, etc.).

- Non-stick nano protector with easy-to-clean properties for metals, ceramics, plastics or painted surfaces.
- It creates a colourless protective layer that provides gloss and hardness to the treated surface. Available in different colours and finishes (transparent, black, forge grey, metallic grey…).
- It acts as protective barrier, preventing premature deterioration caused by some external agents such as water, ice, humidity, rust, saltpetre, corrosion, UV radiation, graffiti, urine, as well as natural deterioration caused by dirt or scratches.
- High durability: more than 3 years.
- Easy maintenance, cleaning and demoulding, thanks to its non-stick power.
- It extends the lifetime of materials, making maintenance and cleaning intervals longer.
- Room temperature curing. It does not require heat. However, the curing process can be accelerated with temperatures of 120-130°C for 1 hour.
- Resistant to temperatures of 140-150°C.
- Resistant to solvents and cleaning products.
- The final thickness of the standard coating is between 10-20 microns, but it can vary depending on the properties sought.
- Easy application, by aerosol or spray gun.
- It features great adhesion to surfaces.
- Re-applicable. It is possible to repair damaged areas without having to remove the previous coating remains. If necessary, it can be removed by surface polishing.

How to use
- Surface preparation: The surface must be clean and dry before application. Avoid the presence of dust or solid particles of any kind on the surface. It is recommended to completely remove all traces of rust or corrosion. Degrease the surfaces to be protected with appropriate solvents or cleaners.
- Application:
- Shake the container vigorously before use to ensure homogeneity of the product.
- Spray evenly over the surface until the desired finish is achieved (avoiding over-spraying and sagging as far as possible). It is recommended to apply the product by means of a compressed air sprayer, electric airless sprayer or automated spraying systems for industrial series.
- Curing:
- At room temperature: Dry-to-touch 4 hours. Complete curing after 1-2 weeks.
- Oven: 120-130°C for 1 hour.
